  • Sanhu House is expanding our LA & Orange County community and welcoming newly certified doulas into our Doula Fellows Program.

    This is a mentored, paid pathway for postpartum doulas who want structure, standards, and real growth — not just shift work.

    You’ll:
    • Deliver mother-centered postpartum care rooted in Sanhujori (warmth, recovery, nourishment)
    • Support infants 0–3 months (day and/or overnight)
    • Work alongside experienced doulas and lactation professionals
    • Receive paid training and mentorship
    • Earn hourly compensation for all client shifts

    Requirements:
    ✔ Postpartum certification
    ✔ Experience with infants 0–3 months
    ✔ Lactation experience a plus

  • Sanhu House is hiring experienced Postpartum Doulas in Los Angeles & Orange County to deliver our Signature-level, mother-centered care.

    This role is for seasoned professionals who can confidently support both maternal recovery and newborn care in day or overnight settings.

    You’ll:
    • Deliver wraparound postpartum care in-home
    • Provide hands-on breastfeeding and feeding rhythm support
    • Manage newborn care 0–3 months independently
    • Prepare light recovery-supportive nourishment
    • Collaborate within a structured, team-based model

    Requirements:
    ✔ Postpartum certification
    ✔ 2+ years experience
    ✔ Strong breastfeeding support skills
    ✔ Comfortable with overnight care
